  • Warranty & Support

    We stand behind our gear because we build it to perform when it matters most. All Native Fish Gear products are backed by a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

    If something isn’t right, reach out. We’ll review the issue and may request photos or return of the product for inspection. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit for any item determined to have a manufacturing defect.

    This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, modifications, accidental damage, or the kind of stress only a once-in-a-lifetime monster can create. That said, if that once-in-a-lifetime monster moment happens to be caught on film, we might make an exception on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

    Our goal is simple: take care of our customers while keeping our standards high. If you have a problem, contact us and we’ll work toward a fair solution.

  • We want you confident in your gear. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    For standard products, exchanges may be approved for items that are new, unused, undamaged, and returned in clean, resellable condition with original packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval at our sole discretion.

    Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, salt exposure, modification, or improper handling will not qualify for exchange or return.

    If your exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is determined to have a manufacturing defect.

    We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions. If you have questions before sending something back, reach out to us first—we’re happy to help.
